Who's generation are you referring to @LilyW ?
Whoops!   That should be 'whose' ...... flamin' auto-correct ......... or does caring about that sort of thing date me do you think?  ;)
yes it does. (and those of us who spotted it)
:D  :D  But having spotted it, we kept calm didn't we ?
Time for a new word I think - generationism anyone ?  Or should that be generationist ?
  • It seems as if older folk get the blame for everything … we used to get the blame for being teenagers, mods and rockers etc. Then we got the blame for being flower children, hippie chicks and peaceniks .., now we’re getting the blame for having grown older and still having opinions of our own (not grown up … still waiting for that to happen 🤪 ).

💡 Perhaps we should embrace victimhood,  and start whinging and blaming the some of the younger generation for being horrid entitled brats and not the empathic caring folk we raised them to be …

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

  • Having lost a family member to covid and another that has treatment to remove B cells it is still a worrying world. Oh for a life with some normality sadly I don't go anywhere that is crowded.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

There will always be someone at fault - preferably "someone else " of course.  In reality, we're all at fault in one way or another - we wouldn't be human otherwise - but I guess it takes a while to sink in sometimes  ;)

    noun
    noun: click bait
    1. (on the internet) content whose main purpose is to attract attention and encourage visitors to click on a link to a particular web page.

I haven't noticed  much of that kind of activity  going on
What is the modern term  for a shitstirrer, I wonder ?
    In London. Keen but lazy.

Why is it that some antivaxxers are perfectly happy to have a poison injected into their body to get rid of wrinkles?

Then again, why are there those who will happily puff away on a fag whilst queuing for their Covid jabs?
