Definitely NOT a RTBC,as you are mentioning flying/airlines, anyone see virgin Atlantic are allowing male crew to wear skirts,(designed by Vivian Westward) for "inclusivity, they are skin tight pencil, with their standard stilletoes
Says it's a unisex outfit, surely shorts or trousers would fit that bill. I think they had better wear very tight underpants or there will be an overshare. I did have to check the date!!! Only bloke I ever saw in these shoes, but NOT the skirt, was Dave,in the money Supermarket add,and apparently,it took a huge amount of practice.
Publicity stunt. As long as any staff can also choose to wear trousers and low/flat heels regardless of their gender, no problem, but they've chosen to use a pic of the more attention-grabbing option.
I can't see many men choosing the skirt-and-heels option, and perhaps many of the women won't either, purely on the grounds of comfort and practicality.

One could argue that it wouldn't be OK to allow women to wear trousers but not allow men to wear skirts. Let everyone wear whichever uniform option they prefer, no need to make a fuss about it.

How has a story about a bloke wearing a skirt appeared in the Covid topic?
However, we have just returned from 2 weeks in Crete. We saw very, very few people wearing masks on planes, in the airports, in resort..... We had taxi transfers to our accommodation booked with one company. The driver from the airport didn't wear a mask and the driver back did. I'm reasonably healthy for my age and never even think about masks anymore. For me, Covid is just something we have to live with but appreciate for others it's more front and centre in their lives.
I have my 4th Covid jab plus flu jab tomorrow and will take a mask with me as I never know the rules at our surgery. My wife has been 3 times in the past couple of months and the rules flip/flop all the time.
I wore a mask to the dentist recently as the Welsh government still strongly advise to use one in healthcare settings. No one else was and they didn't seem bothered either way there. I haven't seen anyone wearing a mask in a long time now. Every shop I go into seems to be hosting a meeting of the local coughing enthusiasts club though.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
