Sorry, Chris-P-Bacon. Please forgive my levity. I don’t know how old you are but I’ve got to the stage where I really don’t care whether the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train or not. It’s all interesting.
No need to say sorry or to forgive. In terms of age I'm a little behind you I think ..but not that far.
On the news this morning they mentioned Covid was on the up and that one in 30 people had it. Which isn't surprising after all those people in London for the Jubilee weekend, the thousands at Glastonbury and the packed football grounds every week etc......with hardly a mask in sight 🤷♀️
It's currently one in 18 in Scotland. We've already postponed some things we had planned with our relatives in Edinburgh. Almost everyone they know who hadn't already had it has got it now.
Even my physiotherapist here in sleepy Scottish Borders has succumbed ... and he hasn't stopped wearing a mask. I saw him last week, so will be testing again today to be sure I'm still OK. Meantime, I'm not going anywhere.

Just assume everything you post is incorrect and you won't go far wrong Or back it up with evidence. Either is good.
That's just what I'd like some evidence perhaps you or our expert could tell us why the death rate among the over 80s went from old age to death from covid
