No, the conditions still make you vulnerable, but there are now three categories. 1 General population 2 Vulnerable (including diabetics, asthmatics etc.) 3 At highest risk - the immune suppressed, transplant recipients etc. Only category 3 are receiving shielding letters.
I'm a 2, could argue for 3, but don't need the extra help so won't rock the boat.
That was not the first impression as our practice sent in the names including diabetics and until this week said they were still waiting for them to come. It is only now they have received a revised list. The WHO still say that some on group two should be isolating @seacrows

Is it that some are on the 'Vulnerable' list, but not all of them reach the criteria for 'Shielding'?
