One of my Allotment neighbor's has a son who is a para medic, as part of an ambulance crew. He was only vaccinated recently, he had quite a bad reaction to it. Apparently he had the virus in November , and was off work just over 2 weeks. My step daughter had same scenario, she said the jab was worse than the virus for about 48 hours.
At least we know it means your immune system is alive. Hubby got worse, started about 4 hours after jab, had to take painkillers, could hardly walk to the loo, cold, shivery, achey, dizzy, weak, not pyrexial. The purple leaflet you get with the vax, says pyrexil isn't normal means you probably have covid or another infection, Gov.NHS says its a common side effect. Worryingly, my eldest daughter told me yesterday, her lodger's nurse friend and a lot of her colleagues are refusing the jab,at their Hospital, and muslims are refusing it because it contains ethanol
I had my jab last Thursday. After 24 hours I had a headache, not too bad but took Paracetamol, bit of a stiff upper arm. Friday night I slept like a log which is unusual for me! Felt not quite 100% Saturday, just a bit lethargic but today (Sunday) I feel fine. Just booked my 2nd dose online for mid May which was really easy.
As to the Ethanol in the dose it is about the same as you would find in a slice of bread, possibly even less, so cannot see what the fuss is about.
