    Just noticed my first snowdrops are blooming (Russian 'Woronowii' ones) - really cheered me up today. I just love them.

    Yesterday my seed order from Chilterns arrived.  Great to look forward to sowing them in a few months... and today my "Polka" raspberry canes were delivered - they're now soaking overnight.   :)
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    RTBC today, at 8:30 on the dot Mr Smith the washing machine man phoned as I’d left a message on his phone yesterday when our washing machine threw a hissy fit about pumping out the load of towels it’s just rinsed (see Curmudgeonly post yesterday) ... he’s booked up for the next couple of days but as we’re close by he thinks he’ll be able to fit us in before Christmas. 😍

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
