Plumber came today and connected the outflow pipes from sink and washing machine in the utility, to the drain.  Hooray!  After 4 months I no longer have to empty trugs and buckets of water into the drain every time I do a wash.   :D

Our very good local chippy is open for business again today!  We've missed it so much.  We normally have their chips for dinner every Wednesday.  Excuse the drooling.

My other three gooseberry plants arrived yesterday.  Too hot to plant them, so I unpacked and watered them and left them in the shade.  Probably plant them today.
