My reason for extreme cheerfulness is I've just finished my last job before Christmas 👏👏👏👏👏 new projects to start at home, which include laying my greenhouse base and starting an extension which includes a large potting shed

I had an enjoyable first today.

Never before have I welcomed guests sitting outside on the terrace, drinking champagne, warmed by a firepit in mid December. It was a great afternoon.
