    That's early!   I've just seen our first pair of hoopoes fossicking up by our terrace.  They've been around a couple of weeks now but this is the first sighting in the garden.

    Slow roast belly pork here with roast parsnips, home-grown cauliflower and something green like peas or beans.

    Our corner shop is displaying a piece of toilet paper beside the till, with a sign saying "Offers over £50.00".

    Listening to Radio 2 today and heard a song called “ reason/s to be cheerful”. being played ( don’t know who the artist was though) .Thought of this thread straight away.

    Classic FM has had a "Reasons to be Cheerful" morning segment for a very long time.
