We’re dry @Pat E, and quite chilly.  I agree that Port Arthur is pretty grim ☹️

We just had a heavy shower here, but the house is still warm and stuffy. Thinking about turning the air con on.

    Morning all.
I'm glad things are on the up @Pat E
    Dennis has arrived here.

  • Good morning all ... just grey and wet here ... so far.
Well done @chicky ... I'm sure they appreciated that 😉 You should have stopped off and found them and introduced yourselves ... they'd have been very happy to see you 😎

    Morning all.
Looks as though it will be a sunny day, but cold, -3° at 8am. I shall do some rose pruning this afternoon when it's warmed up.

Glad you are having a good time @chicky

  • How's your head @Busy-Lizzie?

Sunny and mild here but will cloud over lately.  Rain and a bit of wind tomorrow but not excessive.  Brittany and the Channel Islands are getting bits of Brian but not us.   Off to Super U later to collect a package from IKEA - new laundry and recycling organising system.   Nothing exciting.

Glad you 've got green stuff now @Pat E but your almost 90mm are less than 4" so it won't go far.  Need some more.

Keep warm and dry Forkers and hold on to your hats.  Looks like a long, slow weekend ahead.

You’re right Obelixx. But - guess what - it’s raining quite heavily tonight and some of our neighbouring towns are flooding.👏👏👏

    Morning all.
It’s awful outside already. I will need to go to the pet store and maybe SM today, but not relishing the idea. Keep dry and safe all.

The problem can be that when the ground is baked so hard the rain doesn't soak in but runs off and floods
