    I think the current obsession with cleanliness is part of the reason so many kids develop allergies.  They don't build up the normal antibodies to fight off bugs.  We keep our house clean but certainly don't worry about items being stood on worktops.  Any food prep is done on cutting boards anyway.

    Approaching post viral, I threw up the Christmas tree (bad choice if words).  It looks disappointed in my efforts - tough!
    I'm hoping to be able to face making the stuffing tomorrow. I don't think I'll get away with paxo (other inferior brands of stuffing are available)

    Just threw my tree together as well, kitten was being a nuisance, he had a wallop, won’t go near it now, who says you can’t train cats. 
    I made my stuffing in October,  put it in the freezer.

    My stuffing is almost as good as my mum's so it doesn't last.
    Maybe tomorrow,the smell of fried onions will appeal😒
