Very entertaining talk tonight and won an iris in the raffle. 👍

Very cold out there - keep warm everyone. Hope Rebecca is OK. A house gets deeply cold with no heating for several days. Hope you hear from the engineers tomorrow Rebecca.

    Night all - sleep well.

Good morning all. Frosty here with pretty pink sky very wintry! Hubby home today so trip to shops then going to watch some of the new series of The Crown.
Rebecca hope you get your heating sorted soon. Well done in quiz Topbird was it an iris bulb or plant?
Rubee well done I often have a clear out but stuff just builds up again, I am not an organised person I am afraid.
I had a lovely day yesterday work much better now awful pharmacist has left and then I had the afternoon with baby George who is getting so smiley and responsive!
Hope you all have a good day planned

Good morning Debs, Chive and all to follow. Joyce, I was absolutely bushed (Ante - tired out) last night. Went to watch TV in bed and didn't remember another thing until 07:25 this morning. There has been a lovely hard frost overnight and the bird bath has a thin cover of ice on it. I'll sort that out later. I'm hoping that Rebecca kept nice and warm wherever she decided to stay.

Morning Chive. I hope that the small people are all nice and snuggly in school today. When I see the high schoolers going passed my window on their way to school I shiver when I see bare knees and lightweight coats on them. Were we as hardy as they appear to be when we were young?

Morning everyone . It’s very cold but a beautiful day . Rebecca has been sleeping at our house and popping home during the day .We are very cross about the boiler situation it’s been nothing but trouble since it was installed. Fortunately we are literally two minutes away from her home .

Morning later Rezzerrisers. Ruby that is just not good enough service for Rebecca and her boiler. Time to explore options I think.

    Morning all.

Nice win in the raffle T'bird.
LB, my bedroom is a tv free area.  I listen to the radio in bed.

Had a text from friend to say she would come for coffee after her 10.30 hospital appointment.  I'm out in the afternoon so it's a nattering day for me.

Rebecca, hope you get heat soon.

T'Bird, it sounds as if you had a really good time at the talk with the double bonus of winning an iris in the raffle. What type of iris is it?
Joyce, enjoy your nice nattering day with your friends.

Morning all. Feeling very wintery here with this mornings frost ❄😬.
Rebecca, hope the boiler gets sorted soon. Awful to have no heating at this time of year. I'm glad you have warm refuge at mum & dads, superstar Ruby👍.

Just blazers here too Hazel. Could be due to uniform rules. At the girls high school winter coats had to be removed before entering school premises and lugged around all day, no jumpers allowed under blazers either 😡.
No bare legs on mine though LB, had them wear thermal leggings underneath their trousers 😉.
