Hello Chey. Thought we'd lost you in your new game. Lets hope that this new antibiotic will help you and that you won't need to take as many. Antibiotics can 'kill' some of the good bacteria in your gut and cause upsets so just keep a close eye on things when you start this new course.

LB - There are definitely no Honey Fungus fruiting bodies - but the early signs of Honey Fungus are dying top growth and the white mycelium around the roots and the base of the trunk - which is present. Roses are highly susceptible.

The bracket fungi might just be a secondary fungal infection of branches which had already died - but it was those that made me realise I needed to do something.

One thing's for sure - it was a very poorly rose and it's better out than in😢

As I said - my main concern now is that the same border contains several other highly susceptible plants.

T'bird, you have my sympathy.  I lost a large Acer to Honey Fungus a few years ago. It had grown from 2 feet to 8 feet high over a long period of years.

Oh dear Rebecca, you are having a time of it.  I hope you have cover so that all of this hassle isn't costing you.

Two tablets four times a day!

    I'm bored of tablets.

If they help you Chey you just have to grin and bear it.

Surely you'd say "Bored of this"? I just swapped "this" for "tablets"  :o

If more people paid attention there’d be less grammatical errors😉😬
