    It would appear that I slept for almost 11 hours last night !!!

    I woke this morning with a lovely feeling of ā€˜more than usualā€™ well-being ... I wonder if itā€™ll last šŸ˜‰. Iā€™m not sure what to ascribe it to ... a dreamĀ about Christmas wreaths, the fact that following consultation with Practice Nurse Iā€™ve started taking my BP meds at bedtime instead of on waking, or a fortuitous alignment of the stars ...Ā 

    I hope everyone else is feeling good too ((hugs))Ā

    Iā€™ve just found some crocus corms Iā€™d forgotten about ... OH doesnā€™t like me gardening when itā€™s wet and slippery if heā€™s at work and not available to rescue me ... Iā€™ll have to plant them tomorrow when heā€™s at home.Ā
