PF - you serve dinner in a slinky, backless dress? How posh are you?

  • Hi everyone 🙋‍♀️

    How weird for
you to post fungi photos. I went for a walk this afternoon as it was sunny and saw these growing on someone's front garden.

Evening SGL. Those are Fly agaric or Amanita muscari. They are hallucinogenic and very toxic. Its no wonder that they are thought of as fairy mushrooms though because they are so pretty.

The roar of a rutting stag is a powerful noise.

Feeling drowsy so think I'll hit the hay.

Another beautiful fungus. Good morning one and all. PF thank you for that lovely story about fly agaric and Father Christmas, I was only sad that the video link in the story didn't work as I would love to have seen reindeer high on magic mushies!

    Morning all.

Liked the Santa legend and the pic of gathering the fly agaric mushrooms.
Pansy, shampooing carpets at any time is a pain.  I guess Elsa will be in the conservatory for some time.

We had rain overnight so everything is too wet to deal with in the garden just now.

Its moved over here PF. Just back from an emergency dash to 'sco. Its horrible outside. Well at least the little butterball Elsa, will have lost some weight with all that upchucking.
I THINK Little Cat has been trying to poison her!
