    @Hostafan1 They've been adopted by the reporters outside Westminster in an attempt to block that chap with the amazing vocal chords who shouts Stop Brexit over every newscast from there so just about every day for months.  Can't understand why he hasn't lost his voice.

    I think they tend to wear them on outside broadcasts where they are trying to eliminate extraneous sounds - such as some Brexit/Remainer screaming outside on the green at Parliament

    Just like 'Motivational Speakers'.  I got lumbered with attending one through work, can't imagine why :-:smile:   Of course he was motivated, he had spent most of his life being paid mountains of money for being able to run fast, followed by more mountains for telling people how well he'd done by being able to live his dream.  I'm sure 99% of people listening would love to be doing a job they really love, but all too often that type of job won't pay the bills.

    Strange dream to live, standing in front if a bunch of people to tell them you're living your dream.
    That wouldn't be my dream.
