I'm surprisingly a convertible and haven't driven in years. I'd never have a convertible really but it made me smile. Night night those who've gone to bed and sleep well. I'm often feeling quite parched after coming to bed and pop down for a cup of tea. It's a very warm night, shower, body butter and bed.
A very good My Day to one and all. When I looked out last night on my way to bed I realised that it was pouring again, so Joyce, I'm happy like you that the heatwave will not have too much of a negative effect on my garden plants. I have decided that I need to do some rearranging in my garden so with good intentions and thornproof clothing, I shall be venturing forth today. Whatever everyone is 'planning' for today I hope that its a good one for you.
Chive - 2 (?) days to go.

Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
A very good morning one and all . It’s been raining all night, very windy now . I am hoping to do the same as LB today and make some changes in the garden .Right now I need tea. All those not feeling well ,I hope you feel a bit brighter today .
Office morning for me today, then SM, then some more cutting back and tidying out front. I’ve done soooo much cutting back this last couple of weeks. I pile the resulting debris on the lawn and then chop it up with the lawn mower before putting it in the compost bin. Yesterday I could only get my hand about 6” into the composting material before it was too hot to delve any deeper. Busy, busy little bacteria and other things breaking stuff down.
Love the magic of making compost...
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
