I’ve flagged and reported, don’t know if it will work though,  hopefully Daniel will see it.

The ‘like’ on the OP was from a Troll as was the post.

I’ve only ever bought bulbs from Parkers, and have never been disappointed. No doubt I will at some point, just like with every other company that I’ve ever shopped online with.

The OP sounds hysterical and needs to calm down a bit. You can’t condemn an entire company after one experience of failure in delivery and/or customer service. If we did, there would be no one left to shop with, because mistakes happen, and all employees have bad days, and occasionally fail to do what they are paid to do. I’ve flagged the post as well.
Carmarthenshire (mild, wet, windy). Loam over shale, very slightly sloping, so free draining. Mildly acidic or neutral.

  • I have bought a fair bit too and most good, some not so good. That's the nature of online ordering. You get them cheaper but sometimes they are not in great condition. I agree that it's how they sort problems out that matters and separates the good suppliers from bad. I recently bought some heavily discounted Saffron Crocus from them. Totally the wrong time of year but I thought they'd be OK. As it happens they all had 3 inch sprouts many going down not up. I emailed them and they responded quickly. I didn't expect any flowers this year anyhow and we agreed I'd plant them (many on their sides with sprouts up) and see what happens. They have noted my concerns on my order and said they will sort out if they fail. I for one trust they will.
  • I have used JD Parkers several times without problem but recently I bought a MIX of Heuchera plants which was even illustrated by photos of several different leaf colours. I was disappointed to get 18 exactly identical orange/brown leafed plants. J D Parkers are very dismissive and are taking days to reply to any email. I will not buy again.
