  • I use them for bedding plants with no problems.
  • They sent out the wrong number of hosta bare roots to me and they instantly sent another packet with the correct amount. The problem was that only half survived...same story with a packet of irises. Quite a quality control/storage condition issue as a few were rotten. Will be avoiding them in the future...but at least their customer service side of things was better than I was expecting.

I've ordered from a few companies the year and it's a massive thumbs up for crocus and a massive thumbs down for Thompson and morgan

Apart from yourself there are only 3 complaints on this thread and the customer was reimbursed in some way, either money back or new plants.  Only one person didn’t get response from email.

I  totally agree about thompson and morgan ordered buddleja towers in January this year I was told it would be delivered in march then got a letter to say it would would  delivered in may phoned several times and emailed them regarding the item and got palmed off. Iam now still waiting emailed them to cancel the order and get a  refund they promise good things but dont  always deliver.
  • A lot of these companies have just expanded too much. They don't grow the plants themselves anymore so are dependent on suppliers who sometimes let them down. Having said that, my daughter ordered a large viburnum for my birthday from T&M. I expected the worst but was surprised to receive a large, healthy plant which was beautifully packaged.

reading this post , I don't think most people are realizing what they are commenting on. It's not about jparkers.co.uk which I have used before without issues,

this post is about jparkers wholesaler which I came across recently myself. Is it really their wholesaler or is someone just using the jparker name to rip people off.

The prices on their site are a lot cheaper than jparkers which are already the cheapest on the market.

so this post is about https://www.dutchbulbs.co.uk/ is it fake or legit and just bad?

    I've never used dutchbulbs.

Theyre one and the same, dutchbulbs is just the wholesale arm of them. I use them for all my bulbs, have never had a problem and they are incredibly cheap compared to most

I bought 3 calla lilies and one canna from them, all were planted at the end of April in free draining soil. None of them appeared. Do you think there is still a chance?
