I know a lot of netball fans. My niece runs a big netball club for kids (actually four clubs running concurrently) and there's been enough demand from parents to start an adult team. I also know of at least a couple of other 'back to netball' groups locally. They're all very excited - I think maybe there's more involvement from England than usual? (or something like that - not something I'm interested in so may have got that completely wrong).

Sorry, that wasn't very curmudgeonly! I can't get annoyed about what gives other people pleasure / keeps them fit... as long as they don't make me watch it!

I suppose that the main consideration is who they consider is more likely to buy a McDonald's or get a payday loan -a sport watcher or an opera watcher.
