There’s very little that costs nothing in this world ... except a smile 😊

I suspect dentists may have a different idea though :)

Our tip charge £2.50 each item/bag,  we recently took a toilet pan, the cistern a hand basin and the pedestal, they wanted £10.00 to dump, we brought it back home again.
I also had to get rid of a toilet pan, the cistern a hand basin and the pedestal recently.
I put it on our equivalent of freecycle and a chap came the same day and took it away!

I wouldn’t do that, I don’t want to have strangers calling here.

As we were grave diggers some years ago, digging a big hole comes easy to my OH,  sink, pedestal loo and cistern is now 6’ under.

When my daughter moved to her house, with her toddlers, we dug up a grate, with coal in place, a pushchair and several windows worth of glass panes, most shattered.

Yes, universally recognised isn't it? And babies do it from a very early age. I wonder if Martians do it?

If they don’t then we’ll have to show them
how when they pop in for a visit 😊  ☕️ 🍪

I think I would sooner pay £10 rather than dig a hole 6ft deep to bury a toilet. There could be an interesting archeological dig there, some time in the future.  We got rid of a load of tiles, next door used them for hardcore under some concrete.
