Poona Kheera (Lime green, then Orange) This new cucumber from India is very good, and more than a little different from any others we have ever seen.
I picked my first cucumber today too (and it's literally my first ever home-grown cucumber). Nothing as fancy as @NewBoy2 's though - mine are Marketmore (no greenhouse so I needed something that had a chance of doing anything outside).

Picked them both out and buried one and placed the live one on a bush.
It shook its wings cleaned its antennae with its front legs and flew off.
