Picked my first cucumber that I have ever grown that I started off as seed.

    From The Real Seed Company

Poona Kheera (Lime green, then Orange)
This new cucumber from India is very good, and more than a little different from any others we have ever seen.

Spotted a bee clinging to a bigger bee that was dead in the water trough on Lottie.

Picked them both out and buried one and placed the live one on a bush.

It shook its wings cleaned its antennae with its front legs and flew off.

I picked my first cucumber today too (and it's literally my first ever home-grown cucumber).  Nothing as fancy as @NewBoy2 's though - mine are Marketmore (no greenhouse so I needed something that had a chance of doing anything outside).
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
