Oops - late signing in today. Been writing a presentation so my brain is poached now! Might watch Beechgrove in bed for some pre-sleep relaxation.
Hope you all ok - night night.

    Morning time here.

We had rain overnight (4mm), and when I wrote it into my records, realised that our total for April had been 1mm. 😡. No wonder everything is dry outside. Luckily I’m not planting and winter begs, so I can let the beds go to fallow until spring.

Hubby is feeling the second lot of chemo more severely than the first lot, so feeling a bit low and tired. It’s hard to feel bright and cheerful when we’re both feeling washed out. Yes, I know, whinge, whinge. 😃. There’s a long way to go yet, so might as well get on with our new situation.

    Good morning all  :) ☕️

Take care of yourselves Pat ... put your feet up and treat yourselves gently for the duration. Maybe invest in some good books, or audio books, and perhaps a lovely new coloring book? It’s good to have little indulgences at times like this.

And can can you have a look at this south Australian beauty https://forum.gardenersworld.com/discussion/1027433/name-of-this-flower-smells-like-jasmine#latest

Glad you’re still in one piece @islander 😊. Love the forgetmenots. We used this poem by Christina Rossetti at Ma’s funeral https://www.poetrynook.com/poem/bed-forget-me-nots.  She died at this time of year.

    Morning all.
Overcast and rather chilly here but still no rain.
Methinks more mulching is the order of the day.

    Hi all.
Winter seems to be returning here.
Too wet at the moment to face the walk to the greenhouse.

Not terribly warm here either @Hostafan1 and a bit of very fine drizzle ... but the tomato and runner bean babies have been moved out of the studio and into the little leanto greenhouse just for the day ... I'll get them in before suppertime, but I need the space in the studio ... it's that time of year ...

Hiya @punkdoc ... rain and cold is Dog's way of telling us to stay indoors in the warm ;)  I'm spending time in the studio today, @Hostafan1 's in the poly tunnel ... we'll let you be in charge of coffee and other light refreshments ... B)

    No problem Dove.
I think I shall spend the day reading.
Did anyone else think that Beechgrove seemed less interesting without Jim?
