I have that one growing up an obelisk, Marlorena, it is a real top to bottom bloom factory, flowers the most of all my roses. It is fairly bright to start with, but they do fade, for me anyway. Maybe thats my climate. I chopped it back very hard last year as I didn’t train it very well and although its about a third of the height that it was, its coming back strongly:

Oh that's nice @Nollie, I didn't know you had it...   I'm so annoyed with myself.. .I just went to order it from Beales along with their new rose Liverpool Hope, and find they're already sold out of 'LH'.. so I didn't order either... it only went on the market yesterday..

That’s gorgeous, @Daniel Rutherford . Will you let me know how it compares, colour-wise to your LD Braithwaite? It looks a bit darker but pinkier in your photo, but cameras can be so misleading - case in point below.

Here is Munstead Wood today, the darkest it has ever been for me (third year, cooler weather just now). Photo looks a bit odd, my ipad seemed determined to make it much lighter in colour than it is and those violent pink bits in the middle are not actually there in real life...

Eustace... two nice roses... are they scented?   the bottom one looks a bit like 'Double Delight' but I can't be sure from the photo...
Yes, both of them have a moderate fragrance.

'blue for you' - not so much blue in this rose.
