I like how the previous punishment was 10 years in prison. Yes that will straighten them out, 10 years locked up in close confinement with other men...
This is not great PR for a religion that is already under fire in all senses of the word. I imagine they have the same get out of jail free card that China seem to have when it comes to human rights abuse though so international political condemnation will be soft at best.
I will happily support stoning to death for cat owners who keep letting their cat roam my garden at night. It's waking the dog up several times a night now so I'll be setting up cameras tonight to make sure whose cat it is and then I'm going to have to tackle the owners about it. Really not looking forward to that I'm going to have to buy some netting for my veg beds too in case it starts expanding it's toilet repertoire from everywhere else in my garden to where I grow my food.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
Feeling very curmudgeonly about being woken early by dodgy tum (although predictive text keeps insisting it was Dodgy Tim) 🙄 its not got any better as the morning has moved on,  so I’ll keep away from tennis and stay indoors with my knitting.Â

Soldiers in Afghanistan using an image of Jeremy Corben for target practice.  Gives one cause for great faith in the judgement and abilities of both squaddies and their officers because, apart from anything other consideration, they seem to have largely missed!
At least they've announced the Sewing Bee will be back Hosta. Â

Probably had their eyes shut because they couldn't stomach the thought that Corbyn might have control of the armed forces if Labour won an election.
Some idiot has crashed into the little bridge that you cross from Devon into Cornwall at Gunnislake,  there will be a 35 mile detour for the next month at least, that’s going to bugger up the holiday traffic at Easter, how can a single car, going over a single track bridge be going so fast as to take a great lump right out of it.
Anyone coming to Cornwall for a holiday don’t use the Tavistock to Gunnislake road.Â

I think I heard it skidded during a hailstorm. Might be wrong. A beautiful 500 year old bridge. I hope it's sympathetically repaired.
They do repair them very well, obviously not driving for the conditions then.  They lifted two huge lumps of it off with a crane, that’s a lot of damage for a skid, should have been going slower.
