Wonky best wishes to your hub. Not good that he’s had a bad episode.

Morning all. Had to have a lie in today - ‘they’ say you shouldn’t alter your sleep routine on weekends, but I say - mind your own business!
It’s STILL windy and raining here! I’ll be going out to get rugby snacks soon.
Have a good weekend all. Hope Wonky’s hubby is feeling more human.

Weekends are for lying in AR!   Unless you want to be up at teh crack of dawn for a project.

Bed building here today.  The sleeping kind unfortunately but it'll be nice to have my sewing room back again.    Back brain working on planting plans tho.

Enjoy your weekend everyone, whatever you're doing.  Hope the wetaher is kinder than it has been.   Still blowy here but dry so far.

Morning Dove, we over lapped, I've got him in an arm chair now, wrapped in a duvet, progress!! It's still blowy out there! Don't get too chilly! X

Hi everyone behind the times as usual just caught up. We went to see the Merry Widow at the Colosseum in town last night an "updated versions" with a lot of the words by Kit Hesketh-Harvey (previously of Kit & the Widow). Very funny with enough of the proper tunes & singing not to spoil it.
I agree with others more war & violence perpetrated in the "name" of religion than anything else terrible.

Re the damage at Capel manor as I am only a one day a week volunteer luckily the main clear up will be done by the professionals and some of their trainees. It will certainly provide lots of practice for the Arb students. If you don't want to drive the nearest train station is Turkey street trains run from London Liverpool Street. This is a bit limiting though as there are great GCs  and Middleton House nearby but you would need a cat to get to them.
