Hope you enjoyed the rest of your special day Liri.

Volunteer day at Capel Manor today I love going but I am always a bit cream crackered  afterwards even though it's much lighter work than the Allotments!

Islander, I’m glad everyone has found your required needles. I’ve had similar problems in the past, but had some luck in the Salvation Army shop and the St Vincent de Paul shop. It seems that families of elderly family members give the needles away when the Mums pass on. I think the younger ones don’t want to knit fancy things.

Good morning all  :) lovely to see you @WonkyWomble   :) Have a good day :)

We had a lovely evening thank you ... we went to the private view of work by an artist we knew who died 18 months ago ... several people there we were at college with, so lots of chatting was done ... added to that it was held in the building that used to house the Early Music and Art Centre where I used to work ... so lots of nostalgia too.

Morning Wonky, good to see you.

Happy International Women's Day everyone :).

Sounds like a lovely evening, Dove.

It's sunny, I'm meeting an old friend today, seeing my brother this evening, and already had a good giggle reading Richard Herring (@Herring1967) on Twitter, as has become traditional for me on 8 March.

    Have a good day all.
