I spoilt her for the first three weeks, but since then, she's insisted in helping out.
She's done the weekly shopping. Okay, so it's been online, and I get to deal with the delivery. But she gets satisfaction in choosing the items.
She is cooking now - I think my cooking was suspect!! Plus, she knows I'm not safe, so it was a challenge to persuade her to let me take over. The pain was the deciding factor.
Oh @rowlandscastle444, I hope your dear wife feels a lot better soon. My sleep is not of the best, but I tend to stay in bed until I drop off eventually. Is the shingles jab for those over seventy?
I have another three years to wait for the jab, but will get it as soon as I can. I can remember how bad my great aunt was with it, so if I can avoid it I will.
Thanks @Dovefromabove. I have reached an age (even though still 27!) where my body will become a pin cushion for all these jabs, which, I feel are important to take if available. May all folk on here have a good night's sleep tonight, especially those who are on this thread, for one reason or another.
