Can Anyone identify this tree & advise?

    Dunno…. I can't zoom in on them but they look too disintegrated to be sure..  the member described them as palmate I think..

    I would love to see  pics of fresh leaves.
    To my eye the leaves are pinnate rather than palmate.

    So this is just a suggestion...Syringa pinnatifolia.

    If right this is a very special shrub which will flower in April.
    Very unlike the normal Lilac..Syringa vulgare.

    Yes the one on the left is definitely an Acer Grisuem but the one I'm trying to identify is totally different and not an acer. I'm sure xx

    Well this is a real puzzle!  I've been trying to think of something that has pinnate leaves like that.  Sorbus? Robinia? I can't think of anything that's quite right.
