I did today, what I planned to do yesterday. It was a bit grim on Monday so I didn't venture outside. Old compost heap dismantled and the ground turned over ready for raspberries.
Never get much of a window in the Autumn to prep ground here, so hoping very well rotted horse poop and plenty of rotavating now will be good enough for new raspberry canes, I usually get away with it when putting in hedging.
Amazing how just a few hours out there this afternoon changed my mood after a weekend of reading worrying and frightening news about our current situation.
It's sunny here but a bit chilly. Managed to get a fair bit done, planted a rambling rose, a camellia and a hardy geranium then deadheaded the early daffs.
Spent day at allotment , finally replaced the remainder of broken fence posts , good job I had already bought these before the lockdown , as timber merchant closed down O/H did lots of other jobs Not many people there
Put up the last fence panel broken by the winter winds. ( delivered at last) Lots of watering to do now in conservatory (temporary greenhouse) Have used nearly all my medium sized pots potting on, usually don't have quite so many growing.
Right, enough 'research' on't interweb better get out and get started laying foundations to my new retaining walls for the new driveway Not quite proper gardening but landscaping and gets me outside any way...

400L of woodchip onto two of my beds, and looks so much better now.
Moved a cypress gold crest into my water/trees bed.
Composted some random daffodil bulbs, and hop vine.
