Clocks change time but my boys were up early do was out in the garden.

Neighbour forked his grass clippings over the hedge so I've mixed it into a compost bin, the other bins have become bone dry so watered them.

Fixed the polycarbonate over my raised bed with hinges so they don't blow away (that was the severe wind issue Lizzie27 🤣).

Have brought 1 of the abysinnian bananas in to go in a warmer spot and start it going.

By 9am it's was snowing !!! So in for breakfast

That's how you can tell it's British Summer Time @Wilderbeast, the snow falling outside the window is the clue.
Have sorted through my seed tin (again). Does that count as gardening?

In my world AnniD walking around the garden with a mug of coffee thinking about gardening counts 🤣

I lifted up the brown garden bin that had fallen over in the wind. How? I dont know why as it was very heavy.

I fed the birds. Then it started trying to snow so I went in.

@Wilderbeast I often wonder if it counts as gardening when I have a wonder around admiring the beautiful flowers. I like to think it does 🤣🤣
  • I've put fleece round the blossom of my plumb tree and a potato vine that has crinkled leaves because of the  old.im really hoping the wind doesnt blow it all off tho and go into someone else's garden!!if I dont do this I'm liable to get only 1 plumb and a disappointing display of leaves on the vine!

Icy wind but this morning dislodged a fence panel in stream at side of garden , it’s been there since December when we had the flooding , the water level had dropped sufficiently for us to do the job
Also finished edging lawn at back of house as it is sheltered
Just been for a walk as wind has dried down
    Stay safe

This was yesterday as today was well so damn cold etc but made headway on the compost with a new sieve. This compost heap is being dismantled and a new one being constructed
and the new front beds are off to a flyings start with the white tulips and daffs and new roses.
