Thanks @AuntyRach and @Guernsey Donkey2. GD, they are growing in the ground outside. It was overcast when I took the photo, making the sky look white. May be that’s why it looks that way.
Can’t say how chuffed I am that this tulip seems to be thriving in my too hot for tulips garden, it gets more dramatic as it opens fully and each bloom lasts for ages. Snow Crystal:
