    Wondered if that was it 😊. My Frances E Lester is taking her time to get rambling ... but she is growing amongst the roots of the big ash ... must say that this year she’s putting on the best display ever so she is trying 😊

    A small garden can be trickier sometimes, Fire. Plants have to work harder to earn their keep, and gaps or areas without colour for a long time are more noticeable, so you should be rightly proud of what you've done.  :)
    Your red lilies are looking much better than mine GD. Mine are very poor this year. 

    I keep forgetting to take pix of the garden,  but they're pretty much the same as last year's anyway!
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
