A glimpse of sun this morning but grey since. Not too cold though and a dry day.
My garden and I live in South Wales.
  • Frosty grey start snowing hard now,  and settling fast.  Glad we don't have to go anywhere.

We've had fairly heavy snow overnight.

Very hard frost , g/h went down to minus 3-7 over night
    No snow and none forecast
Went to allotment and temperature got up to 1-00 degree
  • Was just out cutting off hellebore leaves, and eventually gave up when the third snow shower began--frozen toes. But the ground's so wet it doesn't settle.

11°C here down south.  Sunny but a biting wind coming off the Canigou which is covered with snow.   Beautiful.   Busy doing DIY at the moment - wish we'd never started but will be stunning once finished.  Tired but need to walk the spring (dog).  I got as far as getting out the buckets of seed packets - all good intentions.
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

Snow early morning which partially melted through the day. Possibly a flurry due again shortly and very cold tonight. This radar map is good for seeing where the clouds are:

  • Yesterday's snow has frozen.  At least the sun is shining.

Another good hard frost but the sun is shining a lovely winters day - no snow
  • Everything covered in 3" of snow which froze overnight.  Lovely day though, one made for the photographer in me rather than the gardener!
