    @CrankyYankee That's a big change from all that recent snow!

    We've just had rain and yet more rain and it's been quite chilly. Central heating kicked in during the night so it must have been quite cold.

    Slight frost this morning. Beautifully sunny until about noon and then it rained until this evening. Very chilly once the sun disappeared behind the rain clouds.  

    It feels like it’s rained for weeks now. 

    Mulched by beds last week so I’m glad they’re getting a nice soaking especially after the dry hot horror of last summer.

    Yesterday turned into a lovely day.

    A lovely sunny morning but not forecast to last.

    A clear, still and sunny morning! It was cold overnight but all is forgiven to have this lovely start to the weekend ☀️ 

    That’s some turnaround in the weather @CrankyYankee!

    it’s not raining at moment , drizzle forecast this afternoon , then next week could be sunny all week , hears hoping - Lincoln

    @Lizzie27 & @AuntyRach it's hard for a body to adjust when temperatures fluctuate like this!  One last day of this heat and it's back to typical spring weather; daytime temps in the low to mid 50sF and overnight lows in the mid to upper 30sF.  Everything is so dry despite the snow melt that I'd welcome a week of rain at this point.

    Beautiful sunny, dry and warm day and not windy - at last. Reached 18c late afternoon.

    Not to sunny but nice and warm , spent day at allotment - Lincoln

    Perfect gardening weather today. Overcast & still. Got lots done.
    Clay soil - Cheshire/Derbyshire border. 

    I play with plants and soil and sometimes it's successful
