Taken just now . I think that they won’t be shifting in a hurry . They are above the radiator.

    Morning all.
We could have had an early morning chat Chey.  I did go back to sleep though.
Ruby, I'm sure everything will go well at the dentist. It will be worth it.
Hope all those with "throats", sniffles, aches and pains feel better soon.
SGL, another week ticked off today.x

Chatty day ahead with one friend coming this morning and one, from round the corner, this afternoon.

Morning Joyce. I wonder if they will remember.
Don't cats really know how to relax? Lovely picture Ruby.

Ruby, the cats will be too cosy to move.
LB, forgot to say that the wooden ceiling was beautiful.  Carpenter husband of friend, round the corner, worked on some restoration of the ceiling of Westminster Hall.

What a wonderful skill to have Joyce. When I look at some of these wonderful old buildings and think about all they have gone through in their existence I often wonder if some of the hideous modern buildings will last as long.

  • Afters everyone.
Yes Pansy, definitely agree, it's just a day. And all I care about is having my OH well enough to be at home. I was going to have them all over for the day, but there's no way I'm cooking Xmas dinner, so I've said they can come over for awhile in the afternoon or on boxing day for a few hours and if all OH and I have is soup Xmas day I really don't mind.
He's doing ok so far considering. Not eating a great deal, but little snacks spread over the day rather than three main meals. He does have to top up now with milky drinks supplied by the hospital. But he's not too bad.
Appointment today is 4.30 😞 we live about an hour away on a good run, so by the time we leave we'll hit all the Friday work traffic! 😣😣
Hope the cough and cold gang get well soon.
Pansy, tell them they're too late and cancel 😉😉
Hazel sorry to hear your daughter is poorly, hope she gets better soon. Very best wishes for a speedy recovery xx

You poor things Pansy. I do hope that the meter is now no longer being installed.
Just got back from dentist ,although she was very gentle and the injections were the least painful I have ever  had ,I was in the chair with my mouth wide open not for the booked forty five minutes but an hour and a half . I am glad that I am not speaking , I can hardly open my mouth.  But i am not complaining, just stating what happened.
