    I have headbands I have knitted which keep my ears warm but they are no good when I'm gardening as they get tweaked off by cheeky branches or slide down over my eyes. Apart from that, they are ideal for cold weather. Ruby - I have had lovely weather here today so I didn't get cold at all but thank you for reminding me not to get too complacent at this time of year.

    Snuggled in heated throw, heat pad on my feet and gas fire full on but the tip of my nose and my ears are cold.

    Fascinated by story of the tiger.

    I use a microwave wheat heat pad instead of a hot water bottle. In bed I have it against my spine....neck to hip. Lovely.
