WOW! When you said "here are some pretty pictures", I wasn't expecting that Pansy. Thanks for sharing a link to those amazing photos 😍.

⬆ I was typing that last night...then it broke 😕

Morning all 😄. The owl and the pussycat are very cute LB. Damp and drippy here too Pansy, but only a couple of mil judging by my potting tray by the back door. Very true Fedge, it'll take a helluva lot more to even start to top up the reservoirs.
Some ark building weather would help... not good for the end of LB's garden though 😖.

Oh Hazel, sorry to hear about your daughter. I hope she's had a comfortable night in hospital and all goes well for the op. A worrying time for you, on top of everything else. Take care xx

Hazel - I meant your daughter not mine in the comment above.  Hope they sort her out today to stop the pain.

    Morning all.
Very windy during the night as predicted but it has died down.

Ruby, I hope your sniffle doesn't develop into a full blown cold.

Hazel, hope the tests find the cause of the pain and that an op isn't necessary.

Hopefully now it's wintery all the rain and snow will fill them back up?

Off to Aldi shortly - Landlord came again, and this debris is over the hole in my roof, as is the grass growing up there. Guess who the hose belongs to?

Estate agent will sort the roof ASAP. Result!

I didn't see the programme (Mrs Wilson), but there was an article in the Radio times about it.  Fascinating what people get up to in life.
Horrible weather and yes, we had walkers turn up and willing to walk on the local weekly.  There is a lot in the press at the moment about loneliness, so I am very pleased they all turn up for a walk and a drink/biscuits and natter afterwards.  I must be doing something right.

Result Chey but do take note of the advice from your Aunties.
PF - I didn't watch Mrs. Wilson. Saw the trailer and decided it was not something I wanted to watch.
F'edge - you are doing sterling work there.
Got wreath to finish now - when I was out today I went into the Post Office to send off a card to New Zealand for my ex cat sitter and noticed that the final date for parcels to Oz is December 7th - eek!
