    Last week, my S-I-L told me she had found a very easy way to make her own kefir.  For that, she took 10mls of fresh milk out of a 2L bottle, left the bottle on the kitchen worktops to become room temperature and then added 10mls of shop-bought kefir to the bottle and shook it a bit.  She left it out of the fridge overnight and in the morning her kefir loving family had plenty of the stuff to help them quench their thirst(!)

    I tried it last night.  It works!

    After seeing those beautiful photos of Zoe's I picked a few flowers from my garden to cheer up the kitchen table!
