    My granddaughter's schoolgirl joke:

"I once had a boyfriend whose hobby was counting.  I wonder how far he’s got now."

This morning, I had a "minor" operation on my right hand.  I was told that for pain I should take paracetamol. If only it worked...

I'm sure if I take anymore, they will have to see to my liver too.

I've been trying to distract myself for hours.  That hasn't worked either.  It's not fun trying to type with your left hand.  :/

Last spring I was given a lovely salvia Amistad.  I was warned that it wasn't hardy but I have so far not taken any cuttings.  However, today is the day! Let's hope I haven't left it too late.

You'll be fine, Zoe.  Salvias are kind-hearted! I took 9 cuttings in October; they're all flourishing (says she with such modesty!!).
