I've just received this from a friend:

I finally did it! I bought a pair of shoes with memory foam insoles.  No more forgetting why I walked in to the kitchen!

I think I've heard this one before?  Does one reply, "I must get a pair"??

I've heard someone reply, "I got a pair but where, exactly, did I put them?" 😂

I must remember to get a pair.
I think maybe I remembered to get a pair but I've forgotten where I've put them if I did.

I've never grown broad beans before but, amongst my many seed leftovers in March, I found one that contained just 3 seeds and stipulating the seeds had to be used by 2008! I think I'd bought them for one of my daughter's biology experiments.

I thought it would be just as easy to push them in to an existing planter with soil as to throw them out, so I did that.  Much to my delight, one of them germinated, so I gave it its own pot and here it is today.

I think I will leave the pods on to dry and keep the beans as seed for next year.  I may then add them to dish or two.....

    Famous last words!
