If you can live with yourself for having bought it, and the pleasure it gives you outweighs the downside then go ahead.

But if it is a Dyson, I would say DON'T DON'T DON'T  ... we bought one ... it was useless ... not a great deal of suction ... such a lot of faff to use, empty, clean, wash filters etc ... it was so cumbersome using the hose and attachment that one day it actually made me cry by tripping me up and knocking a pelmet down when I was using it above my head ... and I'm not the  least bit weak and feeble .... we gave it to @WonkyWomble and my son in law 'cos he does the vacuuming and likes techy stuff, but I think I'm right in saying that even he gets exasperated with it.

Go on B3 - name and shame   :D
I don't really care what someone's politics are. If they produce something I want and it's good value, I'm ok with that.
Morals are an entirely different matter, but as I've often said about music, if we only listened to pepole who were upstanding pillars of the community, and worthy citizens, we'd be listening to the sound of silence.
Ooh - that could be a good title for a song.... ;)

You should have done a different poll, perhaps.

Don't buy a Dyson. They are pants.

I am being seduced by the idea of a cordless vacuum cleaner. I get back ache just dragging the damned thing up the stairs.

@B3 I bought a GT*ch Ram about 6 months ago - love it - it is so light. And picks up cat hairs much better than the Dys*n ever did!!
