Bit warmer here for a while Liri - got to 12 this afternoon. Nice when it's clear and cool and dry. Could have done with being at home and getting on while it was dry  ;)
I bought one of those storage boxes recently Diana - it sits down by the back door in the corner where the outside tap is.  Very useful. I've added a couple of internal shelves as well, to make better use of the space. I raised mine up on concrete blocks to make it a better height for doing potting etc on top. I have a plastic thingy for that, which then goes back inside. I can store pots etc underneath it too  :)

Selling your house won't help either Diana. It's always stressful, even if you have a property in an area which sells quickly. You're always slightly 'on edge', and the constant process of having everything spick and span and 'presented', takes it's toll. I've done it  many times, so you have my sympathy.  :)

I hope you have better luck than my friend. Her house is sold. Moving date at the end of this month. The house she is supposed to be buying is because of a split up . The wife is still in the house, but apparently doesn't read English very well. She is not answering letters. The estate agent has had to go round today to explain to her that after the house is sold, she has to move out. She thought that after she has got the money for the house, she could stay in it until she finds somewhere to rent.

  • Been a nice afternoon here sunny and warm 16.9° did a little pottering in the garden pushed this and pulled that no sure I really did very much but was nice just being out there.

Arms a little stiff tonight after flu jab but I will survive.

From reading back I'm glad I never had to sell a house I always rented until I purchased the one I'm in now and that was a wreck with vacant possession and no roof  :/ so no chain.

  • Thanks for the warm welcome everyone and from @Hampshire_Hog

In preparation for the inevitable cold I have a extra wide growhouse, which someone was flinging out. Got a brand new cover for £20.

It worked a treat last year.
