Hi Dove and Chicky. You might be right about the Cockatoos Dove. It’s got me beat.

ive had a spring cleaning day in our bedroom (not before time)and am worn out now. Smells nice and fresh in there with lovely fresh mountain air wafting in. Just what I e been longing for,
I hope your hot nights don’t disturb your sleep.
We saw on TV that there was a tornado in SW Spain. It didn’t seem to affect the bike tour which is still going. Wonderful scenery. Specular.

Good morning.  Warm and sunny here.   Still no duvet on the bed.

I'm taking Rasta for her morning at the beauty parlour then sanding plasterboard ready for painting.

Pat - maybe those cockatoos are doing a rain dance.

Hubby reckons the Cockatoos are better are better at weather prediction than the Weather Bureau. 😏

    Morning all.
Rubbish night again and now it's raining. I could have done with an hour to finish re-mulching and rotovating before the machine goes back. grrr.

Stop moaning and put your rain gear on!   Just to rub it in, 18C and dry and set to get to 31C.   Sunday's forecast for rain has gone away but we may get a dribble on Tuesday.

Possum has just phoned.  She left her wellies behind.  Can I post them?  Given she only uses them on the infrequent occasions she goes to the students' bar and the cost of buying a kosher PO box plus postage, I've told her to go and buy a new pair.

The trouble is @Obelixx, the rotovator will just end up caked in mud .

Very irritating Hosta. We find that every time we plan to get some jobs done around the garden we are very often disrupted by someone wanting Hubby to help out with something.😡
Last week we lost three days to fire brigade duties. Grrr. Not fires, but putting warning signs out because the fire season has been brought forward a month this year, checking fire trails to see if they are overgrown since last season, and lastly spending time with the fire captains wife to set up a new printer for her computer.
Enough  said, I’m turnng into a grumpy old woman.

Hose it down afterwards?   How long has it been raining?  It lay not have soaked in that far.

Clay soil doesn't take any time before it goes like glue. Even a film of damp soil on the surface will cake the tines underneath and it's really hard to get all the crud off underneath the safety sheild.
