Me too! It is very absorbing but you can still chat and most of the group are members of the gardening club - which is how I met the organiser - so some good chat about plants and gardens to be had I reckon.

Good morning all . Hope everyone had a restful night ... for those of you who didn’t need to get up in the night, there was a beautiful full moon ... stunning. I opened the blinds and lay gazing at it as I drifted back to sleep ....

Morning all. I too noticed the beautiful moon @Dovefromabove. I looked at the overnight weather forecast and they said " Low 4C" so I went out and moved the Crinum Asiaticum into the polytunnel. We have to go to Asda in Bideford this morning ( I'm a fan of neither ) to collect anti malarial pills. I'd rather be here in the garden as it's a glorious sunny , still morning. Welcome home @flumpy1, 7 weeks to day we're off to The Gambia.
Good Morning all. The moon was so bright and shiny last night - beautiful, but my temporary curtains in the bedroom (unlined) reminded me that I need to put the new ones up asap. It looks clear and sunny out, but it must be chilly as the heating came on. Have a good day everyone- catch you later.
Morning all. Was a beautiful golden moon here and clear got down to 3C and the heating came on in some of the rooms for the first time last night. Nice and sunny morning looks like we are in for a good day so more allotment and garden I think.

A harvest moon last night, a pink sunrise this morning, mist in the valley and frost on the grass. OH had to scrape the ice off the car this morning It's definitely autumn.
A beautiful day - just a shame I'm working.

Don't work too hard @raisingirl. I've just ordered some "solid foam, puncture proof tyres" for the trailer. I called the supplier and the guy who answered the phone was able to give me all the details I needed, knew the product and was very helpful. A pleasant change from the useless bint I spoke to at the company who supplied the trailer in the first place.
