@Lyn, I'll take some off your hands if they're surplus. I quite fancied having them on the bank by the Hosta Tunnel, but only if you can't use them.
With pleasure, want a tray of Hellebores as well?
you temptress you . Why not indeed. See you Wednesday. x

Does anyone know if Carrie still holds the collection for Aquilegas? I know she was moving after all hers were wiped by downy mildew.

I hope it is okay to post late, bring this topic back up. But I saw this while summoning up the courage to join, and it really made me want to post.

I would like to hold the national collection of.....
    Anemonopsis.

I must confess it would be my second go as I bought one once and lost it.
And there might actually be two new cultivars, so that would make three different plants held,  so I am not sure could I be trusted with my track record .

Very pretty but looks fussy.   Wouldn't do here at all as we have neither cool nor moist conditions.

My understanding from my cousins who are friends/neighbours of hers is that she lost the lot.

My National Collection would have to be galanthus ... I love snowdrops ... I was born in January  luv

I have several different types of snowdrops ... and given the promiscuity for with they are reknown, I expect I have several more types on the way D

Oh no, not snowdrops. Far too many really, REALLY geeky types those galanthophiles.
They'd come round, trampling over everything  and lying down with their magnifying lenses.
    Devon.
  • I didn't say I'd let anyone else have a look at them @Hostafan1 ... they're mine .... all mine whip2
