Hiya @Hostafan1 🙂. Hope today goes smoothly.   I’m sure the lake will be full before long ... it is in Devon after all ☔️ 😉

Thanks Dove. The 2 drivers who work late are both on this week so I should be done by about 7ish.
Morning Pat. I hope you're warm. I'm not. Max of 17C yesterday.

    Morning/ G’day all.

Caught up on some sleep this weekend - probably due to no Sun to wake me up.

Have a ‘nothing’ day planned here - have a few house jobs to do and I might make a cake with some of the windfall apples.

    Hi all.
Soft rain has been falling since yesterday evening, giving a nice smell to the place.
Think I might start cleaning out the greenhouse today, it is full of weeds growing in all the compost on the floor. I am such an untidy gardener.

    Hiya Lyn.
Not gone, but much better, thanks for the advice.

Good morning - just.   Been reading in bed after a disturbed night.  Snore fest.   Feet feeling a bit crunchy after yesterday's efforts.  Wasn't expecting a two hour hike so only had sneakers on.

I need to spend a bit of time refereeing tomato plants in the PT to reduce them and also find labels so I know which ones are worth growing again.   Should be a pepper plant in there somewhere too.

Will the rest wear off with weathering Pdoc or is it going to be a permanent irritation.  I do not understand mindless grafitti no matter how bored or boring the perpetrators.

Have a lovely day everyone whatever you're up to.

    Afternoon all.

The drizzle is slowly coming, and while the grass will benefit I need something a little more powerful to get the vegetables properly watered.

I've grazed on a few plums; unfortunately I'm not the only one to find them tasty; many grubs  :s

I also can't find my spare jam jars so jam making has been postponed until I can get into town tomorrow. How can you loose a box of jam jars?!

The cooler weather (though it's still 22'C in the lounge) has me reaching for a jumper. I'm far too warm but it's an all in your mind thing.
