Not sure I've ever had Spam. Not sure I want to either.

I was taking some cuttings in the tunnel with this wee guy for company.
Mum was flipping about too. I reckon he's not been out the nest for long. At one point he landed on the potting bench about 18" from me.

Our rain forecast is getting worse by the hour.
It's now at 50% on weather channel and 65% on bbc.
" Rain by 4.30pm " has been replaced by "9.30pm"
Maybe it is heading your way after all @raisingirl

    Night Pat  :)
I've seen some of that concert doc - must get the time to watch properly. The concert they all did for George after he died was brilliant - Bob, Tom, Jeff Lynne etc [Wilburys] and his son.
Cute as a button Hosta  :)
Was worried about my hogs yesterday as I couldn't see them in their nest, but they've eaten nearly all their food overnight, so hopefully all is fine. There was a bl**dy cat in the garden early yesterday, and one later on, but I'd put the water scarecrow back on, and when I came in from work there was a few holes and marks in the gravel where it had obviously come in further and got a jet up it's jaxxy  :D
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Cool enough last night for me to put the patchwork quilt across the bottom of the bed and my feet but otherwise still just a cotton duvet cover and the windows open.  No rain in sight here for the next 10 days and I'm off to Namur for a week to move Possum and all her gear to her new apartment so OH is in charge of watering.  It is a bit cooler tho with no more 30+.

Lovely pic Hosta.   Don't know what it is about Belgian and French garden birds but they are very wary of hoomans.   The current lot seem to be learning to recognise when I go out with food and call their mates but wait till I've moved well away before they feed.

"My" geese are perfectly fine with me, but stroll off nonchalantly  if anyone else is with me.
The birds are back on the feeders the very instant my back is turned to come back indoors after topping them up.

BBC says 65% here too, Hosta, but 90% on the weather channel one for 11pm. Living in hope.....
    Lovely little wren btw  :)
