😀😀😀 I started flagging but couldn’t keep up, then the whole lot shut down on me, back in now, a job for Nora when she gets in, 😀

Thanks @Dovefromabove, I am going to speak to the Police later today, and see where that leads.
Good luck ... I think that's the right course of action ... it's a difficult line for them to tread as obviously they don't want to criminalise basically decent or troubled kids .... sometimes it's enough for them to point out a few home truths to parents but even basically decent teenagers can be very difficult  when there are complex family dynamics.

Bookmark it ... click the star to the right of the thread title so it goes solid.

I'm writing a shopping list ... a new Aldi opened up recently and I need some marscapone and mozarella ... I think I'll go and see what they've got ...

Good morning everyone.  Supposed to pour down here between 5 and 8am so, of course, we haven't had a drop.   Friends have set off heading south to see more friends south of Bordeaux.  They'll have a slightly cooler journey than when the arrived on Sunday in 38C.

How inconsiderate of Macron to come without warning you Busy.

Like the new hog pic Hosta.  Haven't seen any here for a couple of months but our pond is alive with frogs and toads which I hope will grow up and eat all the slugs and snails.  If you still need to offload or distract hubby I have a new shower room to paint and it's plenty warm enough here for you two sun worshippers.........

OH off to play golf now so Possum and I will potter quietly.  I might have to wash towels and bed linen and hang it out to dry to make it rain.

Done my best reporting a page of Spams but gave up when I saw the next lot.

    Maybe M. Macron needs a country retreat @Busy-Lizzie ;)

Back from Aldi ...  seems reasonable enough and quality seems ok ... the proof of the pudding will be in the eating of course ... especially for the 30 day matured Aberdeen Angus rib eye steaks.

Looks the the spammers have been dealt with ... cocktailcocktail

I think the mods are on top of it now Dove.  PITA.

I have put the sprinkler on my shade bed since we didn't get the expected rain.  Am about to put a load of sheets and towels in the wash.  Rain has been postponed till after 6pm and I want to be sure we get some by hanging out lots of washing.  Need a bit more than a dribble.

Meanwhile, I'm measuring old curtains I have saved, thinking I could use them here but Possum's new apartment needs curtains too.  None the right size yet.  Fortunately I also have a stash of fabric.

Possum has flopped.  She's just watched Karate Kid and is now on an old, back and white version of Zorro.   Will definitely have to drag her out for walkies later on.
