    At work we have a folder of online customer feedback comments .

    I am not offended.I always enjoy banter. Dyslexia has been a darned annoyance to me .As you can imagine .

    I am a supposedly intelligent man, I love good prose, but I admit I can  struggle to convey my thoughts on paper, and really struggle with grammar.
    Science on the other hand: medical degree, BSc., studying for degree in astrophysics.[ no idea whether the punctuation is correct in that sentence. ]

    I think that intelligence and the ability to convey intelligent thought on to paper are two seperate things .

    I know my spelling is, at times pretty appalling, and I struggle with words like " appalling / address / necessary " because I can not easily remember which are double letters and which are single, but I know  it's important to try to get them right.
    Unless we're happy to to end up with " u r " and not "you are " and "m8" for "mate" I think it's important .

    At primary school I remember being told it was necessary for your shirt to have one collar and two sleeves.
